I'm going crazy waiting. I really don't know what the Immigration Bureau is busy with. No matter how much I push them, there's no result. Do I have to wait so long for a travel permit?

Can try to submit an inquiry via local Congress. Also you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
