Where is my case?
Today I contacted twice to Emma and first time I was told my case is in local field office, where it was transfered yesterday. And second time I was told it is in NBC. So what is happening and why they told my absolutely different information?

@Lana Kris Hi, I don’t trust Emma. I have got different answers. What I have learned from others on this site is that the 485 always goes to a field office and then can go back to NBC but I believe that the 765 stays at NBC.
In the end, I don’t know how much we can find out as outsiders.
I have been waiting 220 days for my 765.

@Lana Kris ask a third Emma. best of 3 is usually right but if they tell you it’s at a field office I would believe it because they wouldn’t have that info if it wasn’t true. they sometimes don’t give you the latest or care to look at your case for more than 30 seconds
