it’s basically a letter from USCIS that says that they think your case looks good on the face. they have not reviewed the case in depth but it looks good on the face of it.

it helps you get some public benefits. But u cannot work or get a driver license on its basis

well from my experience you should submit all proofs i.e abuse proofs etc with your application. maybe thats why they dint send a prima facie. It hasnt been very long since you filed so probably they will send an rfe requesting all those documents. Best consult a lawyer about your case.

they sended me RFE was 2 years ago. I didn’t response. RFE says just collect all these documents, but didn’t says when I need to send

if they sent u rfe why dint u response.? u get like maybe 2 months to send the response. they did not get the response thats why maybe they stopped processing yiur case

I’m also august 2020! we should be approve by the end of October since most cases are taking 26 months .. hopefully we get it approved sooner .
