EB1A case filed on August 2022. PD is 2016. Case @ Brooklyn NY.

@croto knight It’s been 40 days since I sent my medicals as part of a medical RFE. No response nothing. Emma told to wait 60 days before calling them. Overall 1.5 years since I applied. Several folks I see whose PD are after me and filed months and even 1 year after me got approved in the same category.

@MS MS do you think row quota is full too? they are just inefficient…don’t know how to or don’t want to work properly . now they are raising filing fees starting April 1st claiming it will improve processing times. I don’t have high hopes

@S SS its been 30 days for me since they confirmed receipt of Medical documents. I-765 was approved on 1/23. @croto knight - applied in Oct 23 as soon as we were eligible to file, just got current in Jan 24

someone shared that Emma mentioned once a visa is assigned it moves to a FO. does anyone know if it is accurate or that is just a one of case?

@MS MS , I am not sure how they prioritize and approve. I see a lot approvals under MSC receipt blocks. I am EB1A July 2019 and LIN receipt block. no movement. I too was RFEd for medicals despite sending them initially in July 2023, now no RFE sent or recvd update. just CRP. Emma says an officer worked on my case on 2/2. Nothing since.

+1 July 2017- crp since Dec 23. Either not adjudicating or all visa numbers are assigned. Loosing hopes

Eb-1A-ROW CRP since September I lost all of my hopes. I always has been current and my status is CRP

@sndb netbn I doubt visa numbers are all over because otherwise they would be moving back the final action dates drastically.

@GC Hopeful I dont think Visa numbers care assigned when case moved to FO. There are many folks whose case is in FO for many months. I thought visa numbers are assigned just before the approval.

they send cases to fo with less work load for faster processing according to uscis website but I don’t believe it is true. my local fo has lesser processing times than the non local one they sent to.

i got approved yesterday for Eb1A after 444 days. I did sent a white house query two weeks ago.

i am not sure whether visas are over since march bulletin did not retrogress for eb1.

and a day after I said I was still waiting, I got approved! Newark FO, non-local, 2 months after transfer from NBC

@s t For Texas Service Center they generally take 10-11 months for EAD. Other centers like nbc is faster.
