When would I get a response after responding to a NOID.
Hello everyone,
We received a NOID on May 9th and we responded to USCIS before the due date on August 9, 2022. It's been almost a month and we want to know what would be next and how long would it take ? We have a pending I 130 and I 485 Marriage based Application for which we received a NOID.

Reason for noid were alot. address discrepancy. tax related issues, why we lived in 2 different states.
We responded to every concerns they had with proofs, birth of a child in the marriage from someone else with DNA proofs and attending marriage counseling to forgive each other as it was not an affair but a weak moment at a party and she don't know who that man was as it was a one time incident only.
Hopefully. The case is going show some good news. Is it possible to get an approval for responding to this type of NOID?

Yes. True. thanks. My work permit and travel permit have been filed for extension but since 7 months no response. Is it because my case is in NOID stage ?

So my work permit should be approved in few more months even though my case is in NOIDenial Stage.

@Ishah, just be positive and hopefully. it will be approved. also work permit and travel permit are independent from the i130. They discovered you people live in two different addresses or you inform USCIS? that also depends
