March is maybe gonna take about two months everyone and their grandkids applied on March 2024 before the fee increase and that includes me

@Afrah Mohammed but for some reason I didn’t get my welcome letter. I had to email the NVC to resend which they responded to my email and attached my case number and invoice id.

@. …. yea it's taking too long in there try to transfer to KSA or Amman they are super fast But now we have a trouble the travel ban again 🤐did u hear about anyone travel to US after the new ban ?? they're saying many ppl got 221g ? idk is it about the GC holders or even the US citizen

@Afrah Mohammed yes my cousin just came recently. 221g is administration processing which is normal now but it can take from week to months depends.

@Afrah Mohammed if your husband is us citizen don’t worry about the travel ban. As long as you have a lot of evidence during the interview everything will go smoothly. just remember my friend cousin had his interview in Djibouti end June and he was approved and visa was printed the next day

@Afrah Mohammed yeah ksa takes 3 weeks to month and half to print the visa. it’s really important to know what visa to transfer your case on. if I’m going with ksa my husband will get اقامه.

@. …. look tbh Djibouti is toooooo slow in scheduling interviews its gonna take like 12 months and it is super 🔥 hot and too expensive, but u can obtain a visa on arrival. Also the interview is easy 👌 most important feature is fast visa printing.

For KSA u have to obtain a visa u have to wait for 40 days or maybe more to get ur visa issued. its kinda easy for Yemeni to get visas and much cheaper and super fast in scheduling interviews they are already working on May and June DQed.....

@Afrah Mohammed yes very expensive. my friend husband was there and he said one small pizza was 50 dollars 😵‍💫 the reason why I’m planning to transfer at the end of the year is because my husband is graduating in December so I don’t want him to miss it. I should be documentary qualified next month or if I don’t get any request for evidence from the NVC maybe end of this month

@Afrah Mohammed Subhanallah my approval came and I wasn’t expecting it. I was having a conversation with Jordanian as they received an action taken. I told them I was hoping to hear from them tomorrow which was Friday and Eid. But after our conversation left my phone went back to sleep as it was Arafat and woke to check my phone around 11:40 am and there’s was an email from uscis saying an action was taken around 9:55am logged into my account and my case was actively reviewed again and in documents was my approval. Best Eid gift.

@. …. Subhanallah, me too. Arafat 2024 was on June 14, which is the date my husband submitted my case. He received the approval message it was an Eid gift hahahah while you got approved in the next Arafat. You can check the calendar to confirm pd June 14,2024 which is Arfat24...... Next Arafat in Sha Allah I hope we will be with our spouses in America.
