when will the physical card be shipped??
My i-485 was approved on Feb 16, 2024. My previous experience with EAD cards is that within 5-10 days of the approval, the physical card is shipped. It’s been 11 days but no sign of USCIS shipping the card yet. Can someone who recently went through this share their timeline, from the approval to the delivery?

@elley y exact same timeline as you. still no news on when it will be shipped - hoping we’ll get the tracking this or next week.

@m ali my card was mailed to me today. I will now be away until Tuesday so not sure if it’ll arrive before then but it took 14 days from approval to change to card was mailed. looks like 3 weeks to review after approval is a good estimation

@m ali card being produced 15th Feb, Case approved 16th Feb, card mailed to me 29th Feb.

same here! case approved 2/16, card mailed to me 2/29. since it’s already Thursday it’s going to be next week that we get it!

hey @m ali just letting you know that I received my card Saturday in the mail. I didn’t receive a tracking number until it was delivered but my timeline was as follows:
- Feb 15 - new card being produced
- Feb 16 - case approved
- Feb 29 - card mailed to me
- March 2 - card delivered (tracking number provided after delivery/when status updated)

hey @m ali my timeline was exactly same as @j s !! I received my card on Saturday, March 2nd, so it took only a couple of days for the card to be shipped once they sent it!
