@JENNIE why the lawsuit wouldn’t help? I think it’s a good idea. but yes I receive my EAD. I didn’t apply advance parole. but unfortunately I lost my EAD in my ID holder for work so I’m in the process of that again.

Michael Liam my interview was scheduled for February 2022 and descheduled the same day unto this date nothing. every time I called it’s a different story. I’m tired. but I’m trusting god to come through for my daughter and myself. I think the lawsuit will help. thanks you all

@frenzy @gift USCIS will always win & the Judge will dismiss the case due to backlog. U can try.

@w s U have internet with U. U can simply read everything about USCIS, reviews previous & current cases to understand how they operate, it's just easy. I am in the same boat with U. I already have my EAD, I will expedite my Advance Parole whenever I need to travel. I just do not want to give myself anymore headaches more than I already have. Delay or not, either way it will favour me. If USCIS decides to issue me my Green Card now, fine I will get 2 years, if they give later, I get 10 years. I no longer want to bother myself.

@frenzy @gift won't U use the services of a lawyer for the lawsuit? I have seen a case of pd 2019 here on this lawfully that was approved just few days ago. Whatever U feel will help your case pls do & if U feel that lawsuit will help pls do, but I will tell U that no lawyer will tell U no cos U will definitely spend money for it.

@All! I think 🤔 there are little things we can do to help our cases. Uploading our Bona-fide Marriage via the Unsolicited Evidence section instead of waiting for RFE could actually help in our cases. Like myself, my case seem to have been forgotten & abandoned at NBC Lee's Summit, nothing was happening to it. Whenever I chat with a Live Agent via Emma, they seem to be in a hurry to get off because there was no update & my case seems to be dormant. So I started to upload all my documents. I did the first set on the 20th June, the next set of upload with pictures on the 24th of June & on the 26th of June my interview was waived & last 2 weeks my case transferred to my Field Office for further processing. I didn't file with my medical. My lawyer says she will hand deliver my medical to them. So, I will wait.

@JENNIE . I think my case has been forgotten at the NBC too. But I have been uploading unsolicited evidences too. 40 items to be exact, and nothing has happened. My congressman was told that my case was identified as a potentially waived case though. At this point, I don't even care about if it's transferred to field office for interview, atleast I know that it will be coming to an end. I just wanna be done with USCIS until the next 3 yrs!🙄🤪

@teetee fabulous yours 40, mine 70. Processing time for I-130 at NBC is 50 months so to them, our cases are within the processing time. I give up.
