when will it be approved
it’s been almost 4 years since I started my process! I already worked for my sponsor for over a year and made them agree to let me work for once a month so that I can work on my field the other time. I am using my EAD to work for a skill work and still maintaining the unskilled job with my sponsor going once a month or so.
I submitted the e-request because my case is out of normal processing time. I understand that the priority date is still not current but I have heard some of the folks are getting interview even if the date is not current.
posting here today I want to know what documentation do they ask when you go for interview. Will working for a skill job while pending GC gonna create an issue? I consulted with Lawyer as well but did not get any conclusive answer. if anyone here is expert or went through similar process and have there opinion, I would really appreciate.

If your priority date is not current they are not going to make a decision on your case. It is normal to be interviewed even if your pd is not current but they just pause your case because they can’t make a decision on it. Unfortunately there is nothing you can do besides waiting.

I feel you my friend. My PD is Jan 21 and it feels close but never reach my PD. You should be happy that you have a better job now and your employer allows you to work part time, while most of us still work full time. Keep praying, you gonna get your green card this year soon

my I 140 still pending 360 days ,no answer and 3 years I am still waiting,at least you are working with your sponsor ,be patient everything will be good

@x2go R there are really high chances that your PD might be current this FY. be patient you are almost there.

@Amin Goretz how is his PD current ? It cleary says March 2021. FAD is Dec 2020 as of now.
