when to send papers to USCIS

Hi, my PD is current in June visa Bulletin. when should I send my papers to USCIS? can I sign and send before June 1st?

You can ONLY mail it as from June 1st.

I think you can sign it before June 1st but must not arrive at uscis before June 1st!

if the postmark date is before June 1st, they’d reject your application.
