for my wife it was around 2-3 weeks. but she received the SSN for her EAD in two weeks.

@F A do you think we can just go the the ssn office and apply? or we have to wait for them to send as we had already requested with the green card application

I think it is better to wait. it will take time to get appointment at the social security office. good luck

@sky91 light you can try visiting the office and see if they can help. 14 days is more than enough of a wait
