When to do service request ?
It has been 2 months since i was interviewed and told that I will have decision in 2-4 weeks. But clearly its been way more than that. Should i make online request that they look at my case ? I have attached my timeline.

@C P yeah .. the officer said my employer consultancy has some investigations regarding fake job offer letters. I am not aware of any such thing. I have legit high paying job. She said she is convinced by all answers didn't ask for any docs and said I will have decision in 2 to 4 weeks. But its been 7 weeks. No decision yet.
