I am in similar scenario submitted on March-28. EAD and Advance parole approved in July. But no decision on 485. I had a medical RFIE in between and responded on May-29 so I guess due to which my 485 lost momentum. In ur case if no RFE should get it approved in another 2-4 weeks

Thank you @Joe joe! Unfortunately, I’m awaiting medical RFE. My case is said to be at Cleveland Field office.

My medical REF was received on July 25, 2024 and I-485 (EB1A) was approved on Aug 22, 2024. So about a month after medical was received.

@Joe joe, so RFIE was used to request for your medical? Is medical an initial evidence?

yes medical is initial evidence and I received it as RFIE since I didn't submit it in first place and I think that is pushing my decision now unfortunately:(

@Jaja Opobo @Joe joe I don’t know why some lawyer don’t like to send the Medicals with the initial package. I agree with @Bry W in average one month after USCIS received it they are able to take the decision on your case. That is my case now but for NIW, they got my Medicals from August 22. Thank you @Raul Mayor. I'm actually a self petitioner for my I140 and 485. I rushed to submit due to hike in fees in April 1. The RFIE is just taking too long.
