When is the best time to transfer case?
hello everyone, my case is finally being transferred to the department of state and I have come to the point in my case where Everyone mentions that I should transfer my case from Djibouti to Malaysia. For those who have successfully transferred their case, did you do so before being documentarily qualified or after?
