When does the clock start
I see many applications getting approved in 11 months for I-130 apps. When does the clock start - on your PD or when USCIS receives your application? My PD is June 24, and USCIS received Aug. 15… so am i waiting from my PD or from August?

@Omega % on the USCIS website, I filed online June 24th. Then received a message Aug 15th saying (Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS)… so just wondering if my time for approval would be from the June or August timeframe.
