what’s the green card fee?
What’s the green card fee for someone who received an I-730 derivative asylee approval inside the United States? My wife was approved for an I-730 a few months ago while she was already in the U.S. I’m a bit confused — some sources say there’s no fee for her green card, while others mention a $1,440 fee. Has anyone here filed for the green card in the same situation? What was the exact fee you paid? thanks 🙏🏼

Did you do fingerprint ? because my sister and nephew taking biometric last Monday the system doesn’t update, nothing 🤔

for my wife, I 730 Fingerprints were taken at the interview on 26th Federal Plaza in New York But the system does not really update for this form consistently

For an asylee and their derivatives now it’s 1440 + 1500 total 2940$. For refugees 0 + 1500 total 1500$ you have to check the G-1055, Fee Schedule before you pay.

@isaac Ab it literally says “Additional Fee: If you file with, or your Form I-485 is adjudicated by, the Immigration Court (Pub. L. 119-21).”
