what's going on!!!???:(
hello, I am a little discouraged because I see a lot of ppl that get their bio appt a month after they get their receipt letter. I just need my work permit approved in order to keep my job, any recommendations?

@gumali mo I'm currently on 5months and 2weeks (169 days) most approvals are between 150 to 180 days. Our approval should be coming any day now. Although I see some surpassing 200 days. What number of days are you on now?

Hola si tú tienes riesgo de perder un empleo por el permiso de trabajo, puedes solicitarle a uscis un procedimiento acelerado pero debes explicar detalladamente tu situación, posiblemente ellos se comuniquen contigo o por te dejen saber si necesitan pruebas.

after your EAD expires you still have 500 and something more day after that make sure you ask your lawyer about it they should be sending you the receipt letter so you can show your employer

it’s been 8 months and nothing. did bio appt 1 month after submission
