what to highlight to congressperson to help with I-485 processing?
I’ve been stuck at nbc past 7 mos. EB2 cross-chargeability, app filed April 2021. I’m sure my app is simply sitting in a pile and nobody is looking at it.
When trying the congressperson route what do you say to them? Anyone have any good insights on what has worked in the past?

@Message Vik Is you application still within normal processing time based on your local office? If so, you can try to raise a service request.
