what to do next after i130 approval
Hello Everyone, by the grace of God my I 130 got approved today. I just find it out through this app and checked uscis website to confirm. It took almost 8 month and the center was Nebraska service center. Me and my spouse both live in Texas. I know I have to apply for i485 package. I also know there will be an interview along the process but I don't know when the interview will be. Is it after I apply i485 or within very next months? Do I need to schedule it or they will schedule me for this?
Any suggestions/experience /website for guidance will be helpful. #i130 #Nebraska_service_center #suggestion

just submit I 485 I don’t think there’s a specific timeline to submit but the sooner the better. They’ll schedule interview or waive if you’re lucky.good luck

my case is also in Nebraska, and it’s been 10 months now…. no approval yet. congrats

@seset_k: just to be sure. So the nvc will schedule interview after submission of i485 package?

yes just submit the package with all supporting documents and just wait for them to schedule fingerprints and interview. All you need to do is to submit and wait for them the next steps
