Ericka CostalesApr 21, 2024
did you upgrade from f2a to Ir1?
DJ RezApr 21, 2024
Here what will make difference - you can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"

Ask for a tier 2 officer, expedite your request online. contact your congressman and Senator. Bother USCIS every week. an attorney can’t do anything besides sue them and try to expedite when you can do it for free. I’m sorry for your wait.
