its not the picture its the foundation and they do background checks and everything

if your marriage is real then you don't have to worry. take whatever evidence you have with you. such as electric bills, phone bills, anything you have. most importantly bills you are paying for the family, such as electric bills on your name.

everything must be joint light bill, internet bill ,phone bill, car,health,life insurance credit and debit card statements showing both cards active on all statements most importantly LEASE and IDs make sure you both are on 1 lease and IDs have matching addresses...I’m just listing the key things they look for. Know each other DOB please without hesitating.. keep focus remain calm speak 🗣 up load remember the mask 😷 u wearing its like a sound barrier please don’t get the officer aggravated. Keep eye contact, sit up right refer to the officer as Sir or Madam ending every sentence you holler they love those kind of things Good luck Kelvin. how old is the child? I would say if he or she is old enough can stay quiet and well behaved I would take him r her. But in truth and in fact If I don’t have to I wouldn’t.

🤦‍♀️ oh ok. when I got my gc I was married for 2 years 8 months and my lawyer told me because it’s a 10 year green card that I should be getting I have to show a lot of evidence to say that we are really together. we had life,car,health insurance, 3 different credit cards statements with both names, debit card statements, lease for the pass 2 years , photos about 30 (bare in mind please limit selfies) I had 3 letters from friends, IDs and my Interview went well only questions that was asked was our names Dob and they ask me where we met and that’s it we were approved on spot because we handed all our supporting documents to him and he was going through while asking us questions and oh the I-485 yes or no questions was asked also

just bring whatever you have just pray and keep your answer connected

How long did it take for the physical letter to arrive at your home after the online status updated to “Interview is scheduled”? it is updated online for me but haven’t received the letter yet (7 days ago)

I got the update that interview was scheduled on November 10th got the letter nov 14th interview was scheduled for Dec 2nd 2020
