what should i do rather than just waiting?
I have been waiting 5 years without any movement of my case. I am tired. What should i do rather than just waiting. I have tried everything. ombudsman, Congresswoman, Senator, expedite request, case inquiry. you name it. nothing working. I am really tired.

@summerlover 07 it didn't die, it's just hiding somewhere and waiting for the perfect moment to get out. I was in your shoes and I totally understand how you feel. My lawyer was telling me to wait as well 😔 when was the last time you did any inquiry on your case?

@Mrkvica M. they replied on January 2 by saying 'due to the high volume of work we are currently receiving, it may take longer to provide you with a final adjudicative decision. we appreciate your continued patience'
