@ Wilens Magloire. congratulations 🎊 on the I130 approval 👏. keep in mind a few things. if your Mother has current status ( a.k.a. visitor visa etc) you could adjustment status sending I485, I131 & I765
, I 684 with proper documentation and adjust her status. if Not you may have to do a consular Processing. its important to consider a good lawyer if you need the help. do not risk your future. I hope this helps. best of luck 👍 ✨️

@Yevi Lu thank you 🙏🏾 that’s what I was thinking but she came in the humanitarian parole program she had a travel authorization I already sent application for her work permit 🤦🏽♂️
