they will need additional proof like to upload more documents that show the marrige is real such as pics texts phone calls childern birth certificate and so on or money transfer

oh never mind it’s for a child, they would need dna or additional evidence such as witness statements school record and so on

He’s 1 years old , DNA i have to travel to get this test !! wtf would they do it !!

@yasmeen sunshine I had my wife case approved March 29th , 2022 , without my child and been told from uscis to fill a new i-130 for the child and they will accept the expedite.

u could do the sample here in the USA and ur son do his dna at his home country

@Moe Attayeb it’ll take time for the dna . Since it’s just a RFE and not NOID. Why not just send all pics and proof of you sponsoring the babe , maybe the money you send your wife for hospital bills and maybe a pic of you and your wife together when she was pregnant . Good luck man . what was the expedite about tho. My wife case has been approved and she’s pregnant too. What do I have to do ?

@rauf Abdul When i filled the case i sent literally everything i could picture while pregnant, after pregnancy, me and the child , birth certificate with my name on it ! but they still send RFE i had to be for sign or other than evidence. i did my best.
