I had apply my asylum Jan 2020 got my permit 2 years ago but still waiting on interview no update yet

if you're lucky enough you may expect your interview been scheduled between 6 to 10 years

I was waiting 7 years until they scheduled the interview. Good luck to you, hopefully it will be sooner 💫 back then they were only issuing the work permit for 1 year and we had to renew it every year!!! recently it was 2 years and now I see they are issuing them for 5 years which is good, less headache.

@Cristina B yea, I applied for my EAD in 11/23 and received it on 12/06. I’m praying for a speedy process wrt my I-589 too🙏🏽
