WHAT IS THE CORRECT FORM OF GHANA BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS ACCEPTED BY USCIS
hello guys, after my case going numb for nearly two years, I received an RFE saying my Ghanaian birth cert I submitted is not the correct form. this is the same birth cert I submitted to Consular officers back in Ghana and didn’t have any issue with it but now USCIS IS SAYING ITS THE RIGHT FORMAT BUT TO THE BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE I KNOW THE CURRENT BIRTH CERT IS THE BIOMETRIC GREEN LIKE FORMAT.
any help and suggestions from the community here would be of great help

Sakyi call Ghana and ask them to do the current one for you to upload , you know we have moved from the old one to the biometric one which can be done even whiles here in the states
