@mike Jordan really?? I got that same email 4 times but I can’t see the inbox cause my case now shows as closed so I’m freaking out and reading forums on what’s going on lol, one of the live chat agents told me it’s denied… I tried again and next agent said she don’t know and to wait a day

@victoriya kouzmina sounds like it’s denied. somwtimes it’s for the dumbest reasons. you can reopen or refile. don’t freak out.

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 I can’t imagine why they’d deny me, my husband and I have a 7 year old son and I’m from Canada, I hate being in limbo , I’ll definitely refile cause I’ve been living in USA almost 2 years now smh

@victoriya kouzmina I saw someone got denied today because they responded to an RFE and excluded the blank page from one of the forms. it was blank.
I’m also from Canada and have a couple kids. you’ll get it. just give it a few days for the notice to show up. wishing you the best!

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 Well I got my letter, it was a denial, said they require a joint sponsor form as well, even though my husband makes enough, though I think one of the tax years he didn’t and he didn’t file that’s year. And they asked for the medical forms which I didn’t know I had to do myself, thought I’d get a summons like I did for biometrics, and asked for a long birth certificate, and since I filed 2 months after my visa expired they said I was present “contrary to law” , though I was under impression there was a grace period since I got married smh

@victoriya kouzmina if your husband is a USC you can probably refile. if not you need a waiver for unlawful presence. you should have had a lawyer or done more research…. I suggest you get one now
