my lawyer mentioned both bachelors or associate degree is eb3-2

At EB3-3 Unskilled my lawyer premium processed from the beginning. They asked for an RFE to show my pay increases and show my pay last 3 pay stubs. They approved it on 1/30 and kept the PD of Feb 2022,but changed my category from OW to E31 skill level 1. I know E31 is EB3,o was confused about the skill level. I'm now a CN III.

@kdj A thanks for clarifying, I do have 2 BSN degrees and I'm in a DNP program currently finishing up my first year.

@Liv I I think I'm gonna agree with you. The skill level 1 will make me EB3-1, I have 2 BSNs, currently in a DNP program.
