Why is it taking so long but whenever I ask they say it is processing normally? confused?

yes had already spoken with them and the answer remains the same that "it's being processed normally " that's all that they ever say since the last year

Have to wait, nothing much you can do, some cases take +440 days to get approval :(

You should be hearing from the soon. My PD was Dec 6 2021. My case was w USCIS for 414 days, also Texas SC. Now my hubby already received his interview date for August. But yeah it's a process, and USCIS is the longest.
