what happens after USCIS receives rfe
Hello everybody.. I would like to know how long for a decision after USCIS receives RFE? I had an update yesterday after 4 months saying that they received my RFE! and they will work with my application again so how long they take after that and what happens? this is for i485 form PLEASE COMMENT THANK YOU 🙏🏼

Wow, good to know. I'm in the same situation. Almost 4 months after sending my RFE, but not any updates to let me know if USCIS had received my RFE.

Hi Amanda. I am in almost the same situations as yours. USCIS recieved my RFE on 1st April and since than nothing happens. I read that in most cases USCIS gives response within about 60 days or maximum 90 days. In my case I am ready to wait another month, but then I will try to call them. In your case I think you should try to call to USCIS as well. Good luck!!

I just sent RFE fr i130 , usps tracking said it was delivered a day ago, but I have not gotten any update from USCIS yet.

My case was updated a day after it was delivered.

my response was delivered on a Saturday and it was updated to received on Monday

l sent my RFE since November 2019 and case was updated by USCIS that same month since, l never hear anything again

I received RFE on February 20 2021 and sent back all requested documents on may 05 2021 received my 10year gc today

hi amandy b no I didn’t have any interview I filed i751 to remove condition I filed in august 2020 had biometrics done in August of 2020 as well received rfe in February 2021 and I responded to rfe on may 5 on the 25th may new card is being produced received my 10year gc in hand today
