that’s just the serial number based on lawfully cases only. you can disregard that.

It means that there are 82 people in your Lawfully group, waiting for decision from USCIS, and there are 75 people ahead of you and 6 people behind you in the processing que. They calculate ranking from the filing date of cases and which step other cases are located at.
