What does CRP means for EAD ( EB1 India)
My priority date is not current and today my I-485 moved to case remains pending.
Does it mean that my EAD may get delayed as well? I did my biometrics already and I-765 shows fingerprint my was applied to my case on Sept 7.

once, your PD is current, you will get 485 approval.

Thanks @Em J Does it mean that they don’t need anything else from me as far as AOS application is concerned?
Or did not even look at it since PD is not current?

EAD and AOS are 2 different processes and different forms. your AOS will remain pending till your priority date is current. meanwhile, you'll get your 5 year EAD.

with eb1 india, a priority date of Jan2017 should be current.

@B T Yes, waiting for the Jan Visa bulletin for some forward movement. At the mercy of spillover from ROW, I suppose.

@d s - EB1 was current until 2022 Dec … was it not picked that time since your pd is 2017 ?!

@my moto My EB1-B was only approved in June 2023. 2017 is my EB2 PD.

@Jay M when was your i485 filed? and when did you do biometrics? I applied in July 2023 (biometrics august 2023), and no other update. my PD is Aug 2018. it didn’t even goto CRP like yours and other cases I’m coming across here.

@H S Filed Aug 2023. Biometriic in Sept. CRP in Nov. You are probably lucky that way. when they look at yours, yours will get approved. What I hear, CRPs can take a while.
