I'll advise to do so but make sure it's relevant evidence..my case was stuck for 12 months nothing at all..I started uploading unsolicited evidence; joint taxes,joint accounts,letters just to name a few and that was in January..My interview got waived and yesterday I was approved for the i130 and i1485 hours apart..so yes unsolicited helped me and others too
