@andrea ya mailed with FedEx overnight to make sure they got it before they close the service center. I asked about my case last Friday cause it has been 90 days and no status change. till yesterday

@giftency medical and proof that my mom was here in before December 2000. used a old law to adjust thru my wife 245(I).

ok so it took 90 days to update , and you mailed it to local field office ? I’ve chatted and no update at all not even that they received it all I can see is usps confirmation

@andrea ya I got on the chat and asked to see if they reviewed my response. the officer opened a case and I got a email the next morning I’ll paste it right now

Orlando Fl , my lawyer mailed it via usps Priority mail and it was confirmed delivered on 2/25
