After 3 days, your USCIS will change to “sent to department of state”.

@Ruth Enea I’m kind of confused on the current case file creation time. does that mean we have to wait a month for them to create a profile so we can start the process in NVC?

@Ruth Enea thank you for explaining that because the way I read that was wow it’s taking a month for welcome letter and than wait another 2-3 to get DQ.

me too still waiting, i was approved last week 17th october, then my account updated yesterday 21st "Sent to department of State" so hope to receive tomorrow welcome letter🙏🏼

@Beauty Alston after uscis change the case to approved online, how long after did it take to update that they “sent your case to nvc?”. Because I was approved the 24th, approval status changed on website Friday. Also in my approval notice it stated that my case was sent to nvc, so idk
