We submitted a response to the RFE to USCIS.. If anyone has received a reply, please let us know. It's been 120 days. We're still waiting. How many days do we have to wait? @PJ D Hi, I sent info for a RFE and waited 6 months for anything to happen. Senators will not be helpful. A congress person is who you need to contact. You are not out of normal processing times and would need to be to get help. You need to be way outside of normal times for a congress person to help and even if the person tries, it can be unsuccessful.
