@Lee Chang Lee-Chang it can be a transfer to a field office ,because l received the same message 4 days ago and my case was a NBC and then yesterday l ask to Emma agent and l was told that my case is a field office ,l don’t know if l will receive a notification ,but for the moment l haven’t seen nothing on my account !!

Then type Live Chat and send the message and then again type Live chat send message. Otherwise you have only a virtual agent. Then they will ask info.
