Hi All , I received an email from USCIS (with Exclamation mark !) it says:
We have taken an action in your case and it needs your attention sign. Sign in to your account to view your case status and additional steps you need to take.
when I logged in to my account I see no changes, is anyone had the same issue, is this usually an RFE?

yes, it will likely be an RFE. ask your attorney, if it’s an i140 RFE they are the ones who will receive it
