waiver
had anyone here gone through a provisional unlawful waiver? I believe it’s the I-601A. I got approved for the 1-130 last year in January and finally sent in my waiver this January. married to US citizen and have 4 children

Hi Meli.
I had same situation I-130 then waiver 601a in January 2021.
Did biometrics appointment at 21stJuly 2021,and still waiting for final decision.
