My priority date is 03/07/2021 and i have submitted my first case inquiry and i got only generic reply from uscis and my case in NBC and when i try to talk to an agent they never reply back to me and i submit second case inquiry and it has been an months and got nothing. can someone help me what should i do or if someone is in the same position as me.....

people arr from october 2020 and they haven’t heard anything and some lucky ones from june 2021 they received their green card so just be patient and trust god and hopefully everything will be fine my pd is 4th January 2021 and i start with bdv on august 2020 and I haven’t received anything i did case inquiry i did all with no case update
