Waiting Time
Hello , anyone knows what to do about my case ? I filed in July 2022 for my wife and my daughter .And after one year USCIS approved only my daughter who is 3 years old and they sent the approval to the NVC but they still don’t approve my wife yet but both them live overseas and the issue it’s not easy to live here with my daughter only without her mother since I have to work.

maybe contact a congressperson to help get your wife’s application reviewed so they can come together. maybe your wife’s is soon, but who knows with USCIS

@Alpha Bah. Are u a Sierra Leonean? You can expedite your case at USCIS since your child is a minor. Also contact your senator if this doesn’t work
