@Paulo Campos There’s no time to review an RFE, and the process can actually take as long as evaluating the entire case from the start. If possible, opt for Premium Processing to get your adjudication quickly, and then wait in line with your approved case for Adjustment of Status (AOS). Delaying this process could lead to complications; if something goes awry, you’ll have to start over, and your Priority Date (PD) will be pushed even further back as the timelines keep increasing each month. @Paulo Campos I’m in the same boat. I have more than a year waiting for the response after an RFE. At this point I don’t really want to use money to pay for pp because if denied I want to refile right away…but I feel you.
