I'm in the same boat, I've been waiting since February 2020 and still my I-130 pending, my daughter is overseas and we submitted her I-130 in February as well and nothing, our applications are in California service Center we are just praying to my husband receives appointment for oath ceremony and upgrade our applications. Seems like USCIS doesn't care about F2A applications.
