waiting for I-130 approval
Hi, I am a US Citizen and I applied for my husband who is in India. They received my application August 1, 2024. USCIS website currently shows 6 months left until case discussion. does it really take this long? Do I have to do anything else while we wait?

@hi new how many months does it take for Indians. I am waiting for almost 17 month still no update i am form India , & my husband is us citizen.

I am not sure how it works i got my interview scheduled within 3 months but cancelled now. Hoping to listen reschedule soon.
