@Rose Lin isn’t the waiting time you mentioned for re-entry/refuge travel permit? USCIS shows waiting time for Advance parole is 11 months

@Sanchez . yeah. I know a few people who applied for i131 between Sept-Oct 2024. All of em received thier combo cards around May 2025
