wait time after sending medical RFE response
Anyone here with priority date around October 2022 received approval of i485 after submitting medical RFE? I responded to medical RFE on 2/29/2024 and my case status hasn’t changed since then

I sent my response to RFE on March 1st and the tracking information showed that it was delivered on Friday March 8th. However, there was no update to show it was received until March 18th. So, I'll say give it more time. You may request to speak with a live agent abouut it from Emma.

PD October 2022, answered medical RFE back in August 2023, case is in CRP for 8 months since then 🫠

No body knows the exact reason. just to increase the anxiety level 😂. i think, based on my understanding the immigration officer check the specific number of cases every day and that is one reasons i think. 🤔. I hope we will get good news this month 🤞
