W2 or IRS output for adjustment is status.
for proof of one year residence when applying for i485 based on grant asylum. do we put w2 or IRS documents? kindly help

make an info pass appointment at the nears uscis office…and get your i94 card …it’s a hard card from uscis Feild office that shows how you got your asylum approved and the date it was approved….you can use it for jobs and driving license and when adjusting status,it’s the only you will need …you can ask your lawyer…that’s the card I used in status adjustment nothing more …

@Mohammed stapha have you got I 94 through infopass appointment recently? I made appointment but they send it to NBC is that how it works?

@mb o generally you don't have to include that. they do have all that information. worst case they will request rfe for that but I never heard such a thing.

@mb o which number did you call to get I 94 I requested through infopass and they send it to NBC and they said it will take 30 business days to review it

the regular number and ask for infor pass an agent will call you within 7 days to set up an appointment.
