Hi; my husband is an Uber driver and worked at Amazon and couple of other jobs before. Can the money he is making now sponsor me when filing an affidavit of support? he makes about 800 a week . I don’t know how these things work I need help please

you can check on Uscis website. look up Uscis poverty guideline and you will see the household size and income. look for the one that suits his household if he doesn’t make enough for his household size then you’re going to have to get another affidavit

25k a year for one person ad an extra 8k for any other person in the household that will be @ 100% poverty line, he will need 125% to be able to sponsor you, do you live over seas or here in the states

At the moment the threshold is 25.500$ for a household with 2 people. You can check out the USCIS Poverty Guidelines.
