Visa printed mistake Cr1 instead Ir1
Has anyone had their visa printed wrong category?
CR1 instead of IR1..
I've been married for almost 5 years.. should be Ir1 ..
Do they automatically correct it on the card ? ( I mean GC)

@J L so the condition is based on when the GC/petition was approved. You can check that and contact them. if your GC
was approved within 2yrs of marriage then it’s correct.

you should file an I-90 and they must update it. It won't cost you anything because it's their fault

I'm worried because I'll have to send the card back to them... and the visa stamped in the passport has 6 months to expire and if I need to travel... what should I do?

Do not send back the green card until they start processing the other one and they ask you for it
