Visa Denial
I have a pending F2A case with PD February 2023.
I am thinking of inviting my husband over to the US. if the visa is denied, will it affect his on going procedure?

You can try but there is almost 100% chance he will be denied, when applying for a US visitors visa you have to show strong ties to your home country. An open petition shows intent to migrate so he would automatically not qualify. But hey, stranger things have happened. If you have the resources, go for it. Even if he is denied, it doesn't affect anything.

If your husband has travelled to the US before and did not overstay on those previous visits, his chances of getting a visitors visa are very high. Another thing that they consider is your country of origin. If he is from 1st world countries, his chances would be relatively high.
